On October 29, 2024, the National Technical Committee 170 on Printing of Standardization Administration of China (Printing Standardization Committee) and its sub-technical committees held their annual meeting and technical seminar. Over 150 participants from academia, industry, associations, and various sectors attended the conference.

As a member of the Printing Standardization Committee, Ms. Brenda Pang, Executive Director of APTEC, was invited to speak at the conference. She shared insights on the technology and applications of CTV and introduced two key programmes under the ” Colour ꞏ Method ꞏ Master: GBA ReCreates the World’s Colour ” – “CTV Pilot Scheme” and “CTV Dataset Programme”. She discussed the project’s progress, and the industry’s positive feedback on CTV, and anticipated future activities. Attendees expressed interest and a desire to learn more.
